Chad Crus
Founder & Principal
Chad Crus brings more than a decade of professional experience spanning business development, executive leadership, investment management, operational improvement, and commercial negotiations. His career includes senior leadership roles at Cope Equities, including Director of Business Development and Director of Dispositions & Commercial Leasing. He has worked directly with owners, investors, executives, and stakeholders on growth initiatives and complex commercial transactions.
Previously, Chad served as Chief Executive Officer of Solar Stops Corporation and worked in healthcare technology implementation and multi-location retail operations. His experience includes negotiating land acquisitions, improving management processes, and advancing a proposed $14 million transportation infrastructure initiative that did not ultimately close. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University.
Crus & Company, LLC was founded on a straightforward principle: good advice should lead to better decisions and practical progress. Clients work directly with the firm's principal and receive focused, senior-level attention.
